Web3 Strategy Associate

On a given day at Galaxy, you will:

• Provide full support to the wide range of responsibilities within Galaxy Digital’s Asset Management (GDAM) business
• Assist the Head of Asset Management and COO with support and execution of GDAM business strategies and initiatives
• Handle supporting responsibilities on unique projects, not limited to competitor analytics, investment memos, management presentations, internal cross-team updates and external market research
• Work in a fast-paced environment with daily interactions across multiple business units (Trading, Product Specialists, Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to collectively achieve business strategy goals
• Develop strategic presentations for both internal and external audiences
• Monitor industry trends and shares insightful reports and analyses with broader team and with senior executives
• Launch new business initiatives by working with senior executive members

• Strong ability to problem solve outside the box, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently, and work well in cross-functional teams
• Self-starter and able to work independently with little supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools (absolutely required)
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers
• Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, FinTech, and Venture community
• Comfortable in a growth environment

You rock at:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
• 3+ years of professional experience with a background in investment banking, management consulting or asset management
• Interest / knowledge in crypto is a plus
