Web3 Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

•  Support development and implementation of mid to long-term business growth strategy across Europe, including identifying opportunities, in depth market research / market sizing, product analysis, etc. 
• Serve as project manager and primary point of contact for strategic and tactical initiatives for Binance’s business expansion across Europe.
• Work closely with regional leadership team to ensure timely execution of critical business milestones.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners in marketing, legal, business development, and other teams to drive overall growth for Binance in Europe.
• Monitor and advise on market trends so as to develop proactive and reactive partnerships and campaigns for the European market.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a performance oriented environment, backgrounds in management consulting and strategy would be ideal.
• Strong organisational and planning skills including, but not limited to; research, analytics, and data management.
• Exposure or keen interest in consumer behavior and growth oriented mindset.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, structure, self-organised and self-starter approach.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web 3.0 would be beneficial.
