Web3 Swag Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Promotional Merchandise Management - support all marketing swag requirements from ideation to realization, including researching items to creating proposals.
• Design and Branding – work closely with the Creative team for the swag design, ensuring the marketing objectives and brand guidelines are adhered to.
• Procurement Support - coordinate with internal administrative and procurement teams for vendors and samples sourcing, contracting and budget management.
• Production Management - oversee the manufacturing of merchandise items, ensuring they meet quality standards and are produced efficiently within timeline.
• Order Collection and Distribution Coordination - maintain an organized swag request collection and approval tracker, and arrange delivery with Admin team on a regular basis.
• Inventory and Budget Control - track stock levels, arrange restocking based on marketing requirement within budget.

• Attention to details and collaborative spirit are essential to the success of this role.
• Strong organizational and effective communication skills to work with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration.
• Have good understanding about marketing and creativity.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets and Forms).
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Experience in budget and vendor management is beneficial.
