Web3 Technical Coordinator (Incubation) (Global Hiring)

Ferrum is seeking full time, highly active and intrinsically motivated candidate with multiple years of deep crypto experience for a project manager role within a fast growing crypto start up. The role is within our Incubation/Pre Sale team where we pitch to new projects, onboard them, actively advise them, and manage the entire process from pre-launch, launch and post launch.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Manage project-related material by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Create and maintain a Client facing project roadmap using Monday.com

• 2 years of Blockchain/crypto experience required
• 2 years of working in Monday.com
• Familiar working with tools like Jira
• 3 years of working experience as a project manager
• Candidate should have a familiarity with token projects, crypto markets, early stage projects, and be comfortable with advising founders (with guidance and training)
• Experience with virtual project management for a global organization
• Use developed verbal/written communications skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Successfully manage work with minimal guidance and supervision
• Be a true "team player" that enjoys challenges and is highly motivated, self-directed and results oriented
• Have a strong customer focus
