The Block is hiring a Web3 Technical Operations Lead

You will be responsible for leading the Technical Operations of the Product & Engineering department. Some of the responsibilities include managing onboarding process for new engineers, engaging in planning of user-facing features such as authentication, leading support meetings, and driving efforts that allow teammates to operate more efficiently.
An effective Technical Operations Lead should be able to effectively communicate with Product & Engineering team while leading the Technical Operations team to support both internal and external users of The Block. The ideal candidate must be able to manage and prioritize tasks for the Technical Operations to provide excellent customer service.
