Web3 Technical Product Lead [REMOTE]

Compensation: $112k - $120k estimated

  • HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $50 – $75/hr
  • ESTIMATED DURATION: 20 hrs/wk - Short term

THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements

∙ Experienceguiding products through the development process, building and refining them from ideation to launch

∙ Healthcare and consumer facing application experience preferred

∙ Experience collaborating via the Scrum Methodology with technology teams and Jira as a project management tool

∙ Ability to structure unstructured situations and effectively communicate complex insights

∙ Ability to think critically and find creative solutions to user problems

∙ Ability to think on your feet, identify and prioritize high potential ideas to work on, and manage limited resources to reach a larger goal

∙ Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner while balancing several projects and working cross-functionally with multiple teams

∙ Ability to navigate established alliances and build new ones

∙ Strong knowledge of full-stack application development/components including but not limited to:

o API integrations - e.g.

▪ Twilio: Omni-Channel Communication (Phone + SMS + WhatsApp + Facebook Messenger)

▪ Stripe Connect

▪ NEMT integration with Lyft / Uber

▪ Live Chat/Bots: Intercom

▪ Calendaring: Google Calendar

▪ Service Request Automation

▪ E-Commerce Integrations

o Truevault

o AWS Lambda, Amplify, S3

o Nuxt.js

o Netlify

o Vue.js

∙ General Duties

o Develop/refine product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of Kinumi’s broader organizational strategies and goals

o Own product development across product life cycle phases; manage and support any outsourced technology and product resources as necessary o Manage the execution of the product roadmap, releases, and sprints by working closely with the client services and business development teams to communicate priorities, estimate effort, set scope, and define timelines for all new development initiatives

o Track and evaluate product performance, find ways to adapt and improve the product to better meet user needs

o Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy

o Assessing market trends and competitors

o Launch new products and features, test their performance and iterate quickly o Write and consult on specs, overcoming design challenges and taking the lead for promoting interoperability, user experience, and scale

∙ Immediate Tasks

o Migration of the current marketing website (www.kinumi.com) and

administrative portal to AWS

o Implement website and portal changes required to support expanded pilot audience
