This role will be a hybrid position (half on-site/half remote) based out of Sioux Falls, SD and will report to our Sr. Third Party Risk Manager.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management - Assist with the management of the schedule used to track initial and ongoing due diligence reviews.
• Due Diligence Support - Supply due diligence requests to vendor partners. Perform initial intake of Due Diligence to ensure all required elements are provided and work with vendors to provide any missing items. Supplying information to stakeholders for review and commentary. This includes the review of financials, insurance coverages, and information security documentation. Summarize documentation to provide overviews of supplied documentation.
• Service Level Tracking - Monitor the submission of SLA reporting for missing documentation or non-conforming performance and escalate as needed.
• Exemplify a willingness to take on other responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in a financial service industry OR a Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Degree with an interest in working within Financial Services/Cryptocurrency
• Highly effective verbal and written communication with both external and internal resources
• Highly organized with work tools like emails, spreadsheets, databases
• Strong writing skills in order to support process documentation
• Analytical skills, positive attitude, active listening and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to constant improvement
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• A team player with strong judgment and decision making skills
