We’re seeking a Vendor & Workforce Manager - Tech who is ready to work with dynamic development teams as well as internal and external stakeholders in a forward-thinking organization, with new technologies, and especially blockchain, always pushing boundaries. Here, you will take complete end-to-end ownership of IT projects, in close collaboration with your business counterparts.
You have experience building products across business units and technology stacks
ideally in the Financial Industry, and a strong interest in newest architectural approaches and technologies. You’ll be joining an amazing team working on the future of finance!
Tasks
- Assess, manage, and drive our vendor relationships to ensure our tech teams have the right partners available enabling us to maximize value creation and delivery speed
- Liaise closely with our agile delivery teams, our CTOs, Enterprise Architecture, Agile Portfolio Management, and our People & Talent Team to plan and to steer team capacities within
the context of our product increment delivery cycles - Evaluate and optimize our existing vendor processes with a lens of efficiency and scalability
- Further support our CIO Office on ad-hoc initiatives contributing to scaling-up our tech department
- Cultivate and nurture strong, positive working relationships with internal and external
stakeholders but particularly with our product delivery teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience (for example as business development manager for a service provider or as a technical procurement manager)
- Ability to work cross-functional on multiple topics simultaneously
- Proven negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiations & management
- Subject matter expertise in contingent workforce industry standards and practices
- Ability to structure work and to think conceptionally
- Affinity to technology and digital solutions as well as experience in digital assets
- Technical experience or education is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English – German is a plus
