Founding Engineer


About 0xPass:

0xPass, our first product, is a wallet connection tool with inbuilt support for authentication, identity management, and account abstraction. Simply put, we help dapps build frictionless auth and login flows.

Our mission as a company is to build products that bring frictionless UX to web3, onboarding the next billion consumers.

We’ve wrapped up our pre-seed round, have a healthy runway and are backed by investors like AllianceDAO, Balaji Srinivasan, Alchemy Ventures, Cory Levy, and Soma Capital.

About the role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Founding Full-Stack Engineer with prior Web3 experience who is capable of wearing multiple hats. As a Founding Engineer, you will play a critical role in the product development process by working collaboratively with our team, engaging with users, and contributing to our stack - both front-end and back-end components, as well as smart contracts.


  • Collaborate with the team in product development and provide innovative ideas for enhancing our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our platform.
  • Write, test, and deploy smart contracts.
  • Continuously monitor and improve system performance and security.


  • 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • Experience with Web3 development and smart contracts.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as JavaScript and Solidity.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks, such as React and Next.
  • Experience with back-end frameworks, such as Node.js.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
