JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the execution of contractor, service vendor and consultant onboarding process with the focus of efficiency and customer service while balancing risk mitigation
  • Manage the directory of vendors within the admin database; and ensure proper governance of vendors.
  • Provide essential communication and feedback via phone and email to internal Field Staff and external service vendors, to foster a positive vendor experience.
  • Assist with vendor data monitoring for existing vendors.
  • Maintain proper vendor information and documentation for both internal and external audits.
  • Facilitate guidance and generate process documentation for the Field Staff/other HQ employees regarding the operations required to onboard new vendors, as well as vendor record(s) maintenance across all commodities.
  • Provide validation of the completeness of the onboarding process as well as supplier changes.
  • Support various ad-hoc projects supporting system enhancements and process improvements to ensure timely system updates and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Previous transferrable experience strongly preferred
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and capable of following specific instructions/work-flow outline
  • Previous experience handling confidential information and sensitive document management is a plus
  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful and deadline driven
  • Strong capabilities with Microsoft Excel; proficient in MS Office programs
  • Proven ability to prioritize and balance workload to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
  • Must be a high energy individual who can balance speed and accuracy
  • Must possess a positive attitude and demeanor

Compensation: $17 - $18/hr DOE

Availability: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, some flexibility available. This position starts as temporary for 3-6 months with the potential for extension and/or long-term pending business need and employee performance.
