Our mission is to create the most accessible and easy-to-use platform to build, run and scale Web3 and enterprise blockchain applications to accelerate the adoption of blockchain technology worldwide. We are looking for a talented Developer Relations Manager. 

 

 

What your duties will be:

  • Contribute to and execute a comprehensive and ambitious global growth plan
  • Build strong relationships with partner ecosystems such as Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, and other Web3 protocols
  • Actively evangelize Web3 projects and communities about Chainstack to aggressively expand our customer base
  • Use growth hacking strategies to leverage data conventionally and laterally to design, inform, evaluate, and optimize what you do
  • Manage unique and meaningful campaigns that not only help to drive engagement and reach but also build an emotional connection to the audience leading to a strong digital experience
  • Write targeted marketing content such as blogs, e-mail campaigns, and social media posts
  • Help organize show-stopping events (virtual and physical) aimed at raising brand awareness and creating an enthusiastic community of developers
  • Continuously develop your knowledge to keep at the forefront of the blockchain, Web3, DeFi and Fintech industries' landscape, players, and competitors

 

 

Who we are looking for: 

  • Strong understanding of the public blockchain space
  • You have experience in all or any of these areas: growth hacking, marketing, sales, partnership development
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinker
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Naturally data-driven, familiar with analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong interest in product marketing
  • Familiarity with Web3 marketing channels such as Discord, Reddit, Telegram, and Twitter
  • Excellent organizational skills and above-average attention to detail
  • Passion for collaboration and continuous learning
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing start-up and tolerance for ambiguity
  • A critical thinker with outstanding analytical skills
