Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing stock buy and sell operations in the U.S. equities markets, ensuring trades are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Closely monitor market conditions, analyse stock trends, identify trading opportunities, and support the development of trading strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor operational, market, credit, and compliance risks, ensuring all trading activities adhere to internal policies and U.S. securities regulations (such as SEC, FINRA, MSRB, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with internal research and sales teams to provide market insights and trading recommendations.
- Manage client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored trading solutions to institutional clients.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Finance or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in US equity trading, with relevant securities licenses (FINRA Series 55/57 licenses is a mush, while holding SIE and FINRA Series 7, 63 would be a plus).
- Have strong interests in web3, related experience as priority.
- In-depth knowledge of US securities market regulations and compliance requirements, familiar with operational risk control and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Proficient in operating Bloomberg, Eikon, Excel (including VBA), Trading Platforms, etc.
- Excellent risk management and compliance awareness, adept at identifying potential issues.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
