A boutique Investment Banking advisory firm in NYC is looking to add an associate to their team. The firm provides various services such as strategic planning, reorganization, mergers and acquisitions advisory, capital raising, and valuations. They work with clients across all different industries including EV Aircraft, crypto, medical devices, Banks, Media, Consumer products, etc.
They currently have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 at home)
This position will get involved in the following areas but not limited to:
- Capital financing
- Restructuring
- Investor relations
- Valuations
- Financial modeling
- Project Management
Qualifications
- 1-4 years professional working experience in Investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling skills (building from start to finish).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
