Skills & experience we're looking for ๐จโ๐ป
- 5+ years of experience working in the animation industry as a Rigging artist;
- Experience in a variety of rigging techniques, and the ability to optimize performance of rigs;
- Expert in Autodesk Maya and Unity, with good skills in MEL and Python scripting;
- Advanced hero character rigging experience with a Autodesk-Unity based pipeline; knowledge of other game engines a plus.
- Strong experience working with 3D facial rigging + blend shapes for highly expressive faces including subtle expressions
- Good communication skills & ability to take direction

- Work to create top quality facial rigs that meet the desired quality and >
- Work closely with the Art, Tech and ML Team to ensure that the productionsโ needs are understood and met, and that the team has fast, efficient, intuitive turn arounds.
- Create and adjust rigging standards.
- Provide creative ideas and solutions for the team on both a visual and technical level.
- Be able to flag and solve potential problems to stay on schedule.
