Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• 3+ years of hands-on experience crafting visual experiences for customer-facing applications | Top Talent in Every Role
• Proven success in contributing to the design and development of customer-facing applications, showcasing a keen understanding of UI design principles and best practices to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces | Think Deeply
• A robust product design portfolio showcasing your ability to address both business requirements and customer needs effectively | Innovation & Make Magic
• Track record of balancing business goals and user needs effectively in product design, coupled with a strong customer-focused knowledge base | Top Talent in Every Role
• Proven track record of independently leading complex projects within challenging timelines |Owner not a Renter
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and advocate design rationale | Be curious & keep learning
• Deep understanding of design principles, best practices, and industry standards in both mobile and web platforms | Think Deeply

You will 📲

• Strategy → Work alongside the Design Head to make an impact in a highly strategic and innovative design team - continually raising the bar
• Strategy → Taking accountability for strategic and tactical deliverables related to the design team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Operations → Apply interactive design thinking methodologies to the UI design process, encouraging a user-centric approach that involves users in the design evolution, resulting in interfaces that resonate with their needs and expectations
• Operations → Apply your extensive knowledge of visual and user experience design throughout the product development lifecycle (research, conceptual design, prototyping, shipping)
• Operations → Contributing to the development of our design system, ensuring a cohesive look & feel and optimal user experience across the platform.
• Collaboration → Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Business, Product, and Engineering to deliver experiences that consistently delight our customers.
• Collaboration → Coordinating and planning with various functions, managing stakeholder expectations by selecting appropriate UX methods and tools based on project constraints
• Collaboration → Being an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative design team, fostering a customer-centered approach and continually learning and growing together.
