This is an owner role, not an employee role. You’ll be on the founding team, which means substantial equity upside and key contribution to the direction of the business.

What You’ll Do

• Establish operational excellence across HyperMint, ensuring the organisation is productive, efficient and high-performing.
• Work closely with leadership on driving key business initiatives from inception to completion, develop & manage programs, support on strategic planning, help to shape roadmap and manage special projects.
• Work cross-functionally with all teams to ensure information flows effectively across the whole organisation.
• Be proactive in building trust with key team leads.
• Identify key areas for improvement, efficiency and collaboration.
• Create proposals, conduct research and analysis on web3 landscape and provide actionable insights for decision-making. There’s opportunity to be exposed to tier-1 clients and brands.
• Assist with hiring, interviewing and shaping a great company culture.
