We are looking for a Motivated individual who is 2 parts Rust Developer and 1 part Entrepreneur who can help us tackle hard problems in the Decentralized FInance space.

To be successful in this role:

You will:

• Lead, develop, maintain, and support technical infrastructure and system software components;
• Create architecture, designs, and documentation that will lead to consistent reliability, scalability, security, and performance of a defi system;
• Refine and enhance processes that allow for proper testing and validation of releases that go from development to staging to production environments;
• Interact effectively with other team members to accomplish shared projects;
• Become a thought leader working on the forefront of Decentralized Finance developments.

You are:

• Developer with experience using Rust;
• Comfortable with implementing and designing software and algorithms that reduce trust;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that can calibrate effectively on a breadth of technical topics.
• Preferred: Experience building DeFi smart contracts/applications, specifically focused on back-end development;
• Preferred: Bitcoin/Ethereum/Blockchain related open source project contributor.
