Who are we?

micobo GmbH is a leading software provider in Europe for innovative Blockchain solutions in the financial industry. We develop and license software which allows financial institutions as well issuers to easily tokenize assets and directly connect with investors. Our software is already being used for example to tokenize Carbon Credits, Fine Art, Financial Instruments and hence allow for higher fungibility turning illiquid assets in liquid assets through the use of
Blockchain.

Our vision is to provide the next generation of cloud infrastructure for Blockchain-based assets and create a world in which any asset can be issued and traded digitally by anyone, anywhere and anytime. Tasks

Tasks and focus:

• Work with business and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements and break down demands into Epics and User Stories.
• Demonstrate our software to possible clients
• Know every function of our rapidly growing software by heart and support clients and sales managers in all technical questions about the software.
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of micobo’s solutions for our business partners.
• Be responsible for the integration of the software into the business processes of our clients. Define stories and epics for the customizing development teams, assuring IT solution integrity and ensure the consideration of integration patterns/other architectural requirements.
• Own the status of change requirements throughout the demand lifecycle & enforce and redefine as necessary. Have a hands on mentality to get the things done.
• Share required data for regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders needs and requirements continuously in view.
• Bring value adds by contributing to continuous improvement and innovation, encourage best practices.
• Align with architects and the dev teams when necessary.

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineeringor equivalent.
• You feel comfortable in an interface role between IT and business/sales. Probably you have a IT consulting background.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in liaising with stakeholders independently.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment.
• Excitement for blockchain, Web 3.0, and similar decentralized technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferable in IT, financial service domain or capital market domain.
• Interest in financial topics (i.e. carbon markets).
• A strong desire to grow and challenge yourself.
• Agility, self-organization, and hands-on mentality.
• Result orientation, conceptual and analytical thinking.
• Comfortable operating in an agile and fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative by nature; willing to give and receive feedback.
• Open to learn.
• You have fun at doing your work and hence being good at it.
• Very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
