About Bullet
Bullet is building the next generation perpetual DEX on Solana.
As we scale globally, we're building one of the strongest affiliate programs in crypto. We're looking for someone who can help us recruit, onboard, and grow a network of high-performing affiliates that consistently bring active traders to Bullet.
The Role
Your mission is simple:
Build and grow Bullet's affiliate network.
You'll identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates that can drive high-quality trader acquisition.
This role is ideal for someone with experience working at a centralized exchange, crypto casino, sportsbook, or affiliate program where performance marketing and partner management were core responsibilities.
We're open to both experienced affiliate leaders and ambitious operators earlier in their careers. The key is your ability to build relationships and turn affiliates into long-term growth partners.
What You'll Do
-
Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners.
-
Build long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates.
-
Manage affiliate performance and help partners maximize results.
-
Negotiate commercial terms and incentive structures.
-
Identify new affiliate opportunities across crypto, trading, and financial communities.
-
Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and launches with affiliates.
-
Work closely with the Growth team to optimize acquisition performance.
-
Analyze partner performance and continuously improve ROI.
Success Metrics
Success is measured by business outcomes, including:
-
Number of active affiliates
-
New affiliates onboarded
-
Active traders acquired through affiliates
-
Trading volume generated
-
Fees generated
-
Open Interest generated
-
Revenue generated per affiliate
-
Growth of the affiliate program
We care less about the number of calls you make and more about the measurable value your affiliate network creates.
What We're Looking For
-
Experience in affiliate management, partnerships, business development, or account management.
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-
Understanding of crypto, trading, exchanges, or DeFi.
-
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
-
Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset.
Bonus Points
-
Previous experience at a centralized exchange (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, MEXC, KuCoin, etc.).
-
Existing relationships with crypto affiliates, trading communities, influencers, or introducing brokers.
-
Experience with affiliate software, tracking platforms, attribution, and performance marketing.
-
Experience working with KOL agencies or regional affiliate agencies.
-
Familiarity with perpetual trading and derivatives.
Communities & Languages
We're looking for people who are deeply embedded in the trading and KOL communities they operate in. We're especially keen to hear from candidates with native or near-native fluency and strong existing relationships across:
-
Mandarin-speaking communities
-
Korean-speaking communities
-
Japanese-speaking communities
If you're the go-to person for affiliates and KOLs in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join Bullet?
Affiliate marketing is one of Bullet's core growth channels.
You'll have the opportunity to build this function from the ground up, work directly with leadership, and play a major role in scaling one of the fastest-growing perpetual DEXs.
Your success will be measured by one thing: the quality and performance of the affiliate network you build.
