Reporting to the Manager, Technical Success Management, you will be responsible for:

Aligning solutions with business needs and foster stakeholder relationships through engagement and support Providing guidance on technical challenges and assist with implementing best practices Working closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience Troubleshooting technical issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction Acting as a trusted advisor by managing escalations, providing strategic guidance, and contributing to knowledge sharing through documentation and resources

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Experience helping customers understand how technology aligns with business objectives Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders through consistent engagement 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing consultancy role, preferably in cybersecurity Strong understanding of data modeling methodologies and SQL expertise Proficient in data management, ETL processes, integration strategies, cybersecurity concepts, and cloud fundamentals, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
