Job Responsibilities

  • Operations / Project Management
  • Evaluate both internal and external requests (e.g. ROI analysis).
  • Manage project requests (e.g. Rebranding, Token swap, Mainnet integration, Airdrop, etc.) from external partners (i.e. Listed tokens).
  • Manage operation requests (e.g. Legal Agreement, Risk Control System, Bot Enhancement, etc.).
  • Perform project management on implementation for successful requests (e.g. stakeholders management, run through different stages of SOP).
  • Optimize structure/process to better manage and execute requests.
  • Build up risk control systems and participate in ad-hoc events.
  • Drive new initiatives and be able to deliver quality results on time.
  • Support risk management and operations optimization projects.
  • Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Humble and hardcore, match the company core values.

  • Team player and effective communicator.
  • Data skill, proficient with Google suite of products.
  • Intermediate understanding of crypto.
  • Experience with data querying using languages such as SQL and Python.
  • Experience in using tools such as Dune analytics, Flipside, Nansen, etc.
  • Understand project smart contracts.
  • Have a strong passion for Web3 data and have knowledge of different crypto sectors, and familiar with the top players' mechanism of each sector.
