The Role
As a Technical Account Manager at Arrakis, you will sit at the intersection of our quant team, engineering, and clients. You are responsible for ensuring client strategies and integrations operate flawlessly, while also contributing to the broader quant workflow by understanding, evaluating, and optimizing their liquidity strategies.

This is not a sales-first role. You will engage deeply with technical DeFi concepts, translate them into actionable client strategies, and ensure Arrakis’s infrastructure delivers operational excellence for our partners.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, Math, Finance, or related technical field.
  • 2+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer-facing quantitative finance roles.
  • Deep understanding of DeFi concepts: AMMs, Uniswap v3/v4, LP strategies, impermanent loss, MEV, LVR.
  • Hands-on experience with on-chain liquidity strategies or trading/market-making infrastructure.
  • Web3 native, active DeFi user, keeps up with ecosystem trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

Nice-to-Have / Bonus

  • Worked at a DeFi protocol or market-making infrastructure project.
  • Coding/scripting experience in Rust, TypeScript, or Python.
  • Background in quantitative trading, liquidity provisioning, or blockchain analytics.
