Your Mission

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Specialist for Sales Development and Customer Acquisition. As a key contributor to our sales and marketing efforts, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

Your main task is to drive accelerated growth in the European market by relentlessly building, qualifying, and developing a high-volume, high-quality sales pipeline. The focus is on the constant generation of high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This role is intended for "hunters" who love speed, discipline, and measurable results.

What you will do

    • Relentlessly generate qualified pipeline across Europe through sustained outbound activity
    • Conduct a high volume of calls each week to decision-makers in target accounts
    • Proactively prospect, research, and prioritize accounts to uncover new opportunities
    • Lead structured discovery conversations to identify real business pain and buying intent
    • Qualify opportunities rigorously and progress only sales-ready deals to Account Executives
    • Maintain constant pipeline momentum through disciplined follow-up and next steps
    • Work closely with Account Executives to maximize conversion and deal velocity
    • Accurately track activity, pipeline, and outcomes in the CRM
    • Consistently meet and exceed demanding pipeline and opportunity creation targets

What you bring

    • Proven experience in inside sales, SDR, or BDR roles with strong outbound focus
    • A clear hunter mentality: resilient, competitive, and comfortable with rejection
    • Demonstrated ability to sustain high call volumes and structured outreach cadence
    • Strong qualification discipline and commercial judgment
    • Fluency in English and either French or Dutch; professional proficiency in German is a plus.
