- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities from both inbound and outbound sources
- Conduct research and due diligence on prospective partners, turning data into actionable insights
- Track and report on trends across the Web3 and Web2 gaming landscapes, identifying priority opportunities
- Build proposals, prepare outreach plans, and support the BD team through the full prospecting cycle
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to represent Korea in cross-functional GTM discussions

- 2+ years of professional experience in high-growth environments such as startups, gaming companies, consulting, or investment banking
- Demonstrated curiosity and passion for Web3, crypto, and gaming
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform research into insights and clear actions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in both Korean and business-level English
- Hustle and resilience - comfortable in a fast-moving, high-change environment and able to fully own follow-ups and tasks
- Experience in prospecting, client-facing work, or sales-driven roles
Bonus Points For â
- Prior experience in gaming, particularly with networks in Web2 gaming companies
