What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Blockchain Software Sales Executive [TBC] to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B software sales, specifically within the blockchain industry, and will excel at building strong client relationships and closing high-value deals. With a demonstrated ability to generate over £1M+ in annual sales and a passion for attending industry events, the successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role requires an individual with exceptional networking skills, open to extensive travel across the globe, and a commitment to attending local (evening) and international conferences and events. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company.
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience.
- 5+ years of experience selling software solutions, including consulting (software development services) or product-based software (e.g. SaaS, BaaS).
- 2+ years of direct experience in the blockchain industry.
- Closed £1M+ in annual sales.
- Travel internationally to attend conferences, trade shows, and events.
- Attend frequent early morning and late evening networking events.
- Experience using CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles
- Identify and engage new clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Build relationships with C-level executives in target industries.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for specific challenges.
- Represent the company at international conferences and networking events.
- Stay updated on blockchain trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
- Expand professional connections.
- £1000 Annual Allowance for Training (up to 50% of this value can be used for you to buy workstation equipment to work from home).
- 5 days/per year for Training.
