Events and Partnerships Manager, MENA
About the job
Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. We are trusted by 300+ million people in 100+ countries for our industry-leading security, user fund transparency, trading engine speed, deep liquidity, and an unmatched portfolio of digital-asset products. Binance offerings range from trading and finance to education, research, payments, institutional services, Web3 features, and more. We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.
We are looking for an Events and Partnerships Manager to own Binance's event and brand partnership footprint across MENA. Based in Dubai, you will build and execute the regional events calendar — from flagship conference activations and sponsorships to community-led meetups — and land high-impact brand partnerships that grow awareness, users, and trust in one of the fastest-growing crypto markets in the world. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-heavy role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, moves at crypto speed, and can go from strategy deck to on-the-ground delivery without dropping a detail.
Responsibilities
-
Manage events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships for the region — from planning and evaluation through to end-to-end execution.
-
Lead event operations, fast-paced timelines, and high-level stakeholder expectations, always working backwards from key OKRs and business objectives.
-
Drive events and sponsorships across relevant sectors — developing event concepts, agendas, timelines, and project plans aligned to business and brand objectives.
-
Build a clear business case for each event and partnership, including project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
-
Work closely with Growth, Community, Social, PR, Brand, and Global Events teams to deliver flagship events in the region.
-
Drive strategic partnerships with key brands in the region and lead the Go-To-Market plans for each.
-
Own vendor and agency management, budget tracking, and contract negotiation to ensure every activation is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
-
Measure and report on performance post-event — capturing results against OKRs, sharing learnings, and continuously raising the bar on ROI.
Requirements
-
4+ years of planning and execution experience in events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships in the MENA region.
-
Experience working in fintech, tech, crypto is highly preferred.
-
Demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
-
Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
-
Fluency in English is required to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Arabic proficiency is a very strong advantage.
-
Strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of B2B and B2C brand partnership dynamics.
-
Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
-
Proven ability to assess inbound proposals, develop partner pitches, build clear business cases, secure leadership approval, and drive end-to-end delivery from planning through execution.
-
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours around key events, based on business needs.
