We are hiring a Senior Crypto Sales Trader to manage institutional and professional client flow on our OTC desk. You quote, coordinate execution with traders, and build long-term relationships — within desk pricing rules and risk limits.


What you’ll do

  • Handle client RFQs and trade requests across spot and related products
  • Prepare and send quotes in line with desk limits and market conditions
  • Coordinate execution and settlement with traders and operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with funds, brokers, and active traders
  • Support onboarding of new clients with compliance and operations
  • Share client feedback and flow patterns with the desk
  • Keep accurate records of quotes, conversations, and trades

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years in OTC sales, sales trading, or institutional sales (crуpto, FX, or digital assets)
  • Existing network among professional or institutional clients
  • Clear understanding of OTC pricing, spreads, and settlement basics
  • Strong communication in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Structured approach: you follow process and escalate when needed

Nice to have

  • Experience with perpetuals, stablecoins, or multi-product OTC flow
  • Prior work with KYC/AML in a client-facing role

Compensation

  • $250,000–$300,000 per year, depending on experience and location (details discussed at interview)
