At Neon Labs, we are building a high-performance, open source platform for launching decentralized applications on the Solana blockchain using the same programming languages and developer tooling as Ethereum. Ethereum developers can scale performance and access new liquidity without significant code changes, or build scalable applications from day one.

We are looking for a middle Python Developer to join our back-office team and drive automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing bots, integrating various platforms, and supporting ongoing projects. This role offers the opportunity to work independently on challenging tasks and contribute to the efficiency of our HR and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bot Development and Automation:

• Create and deploy bots for integrating Telegram, Slack, and BambooHR.
• Implement automation features for HR processes, such as channel moderation in Telegram, notifications in Slack, and creating a unified HR interface within Slack.

2. System Integration and Workflow Automation:

• Integrate existing tools (e.g., Jira, BambooHR) using Python scripts and bots to streamline workflows and enhance back-office operations.

3. Project Support:

• Maintain and enhance existing projects, including Go-based applications.
• Provide technical support for new features and improvements.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Python, with experience in Django or Flask.
• Experience with bot development for Slack and Telegram
• Understanding of system integration and automation using scripts.
• Familiarity with Go, JavaScript, or Rust is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in Russian and English
