Summary:

Shift4 is looking for a seasoned Client Services Manager that will build and lead our Shift4 Crypto Client Service function. This role will also support account and relationship management to ensure maximum client satisfaction and assist in sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead Shift4 Crypto Client Services, developing and executing protocols for delivering premium high-touch support and helpful self-service resources to our growing client base
• Support account and relationship management to ensure maximum satisfaction across the client experience
• Support Business Development team with sales pipeline management and prospecting efforts

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in customer support roles
• Prior experience working at cryptocurrency and/or payments companies

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with project management systems such as Monday.com and working successfully with project managers
• Experience with Salesforce or Hubspot CRM
• Prior business development and/or relationship management experience preferred
