The Role

The Chief Revenue Officer is a strategic role and key member of the Swan Bitcoin leadership team, dedicated to devising and implementing growth strategies which will accelerate and sustain revenue growth. The purpose of this role is to assume responsibility for all revenue generating functions, integrating and aligning sales, customer experience, and revenue management. The CRO will report to the President.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee our Business Development, Sales, and Client Services teams
• Motivate staff to meet or surpass organizational and sales goals
• Work with our Leadership Team to develop and implement growth strategies
• Evaluate newly implemented sales goals and strategies
• Use analytical and data driven decisions to deliver growth
• Act as a liaison between Swan Bitcoin and our strategic customers
• Provide mentoring to all employees, including management
• Provide feedback and contribute to our product roadmap and company strategy

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

• Significant experience with growing and leading Sales and Client Services teams
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to understand and communicate macro economic trends inline with specific technology strategies
• Have a deep understanding of, and passion for Bitcoin
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Thoughtful and questioning
• Comfortable with contributing to projects outside of the ordinary scope of your role
