Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah or Vancouver, BC

Position Type: Full-time, Salary

Reports to: Director, Marketing

As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and achieve business objectives. This role involves managing and optimizing daily digital campaigns. This includes the creation of daily sales, sales rules, product categories, review of email and promotional webpage design, and testing. The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist stays abreast of industry trends, analyzes data to measure campaign performance, and identifies opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, overseeing the implementation of digital initiatives, and staying updated on emerging technologies are key aspects of this position. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools are essential for success in this role.

Your Impact as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

Execute and assist in the strategizing of customer segments

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for a variety of on-site, in-app, email, and web-based channel communications

Create and execute compelling daily sales as well as troubleshoot and resolve any issues with them pre-launch and post-launch if needed

Build out scheduling configurations for daily sales, product launches, and category builds

Leverage analytics for campaign analysis and generate reports for optimization by providing data-driven insights, demonstrating the ROI of digital efforts

Review daily promotional pages along with the e-commerce team to ensure accuracy.

You Bring To Daz 3D And Tafi

Strong attention to details

Quality assurance experience

Experience in working with structured data sets such as XML, HTML, and JSON

Self-starter with a natural curiosity to understand how things work and

Strong ability to be able to draw conclusions from information and data

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms

In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging and innovative digital campaigns

Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross -functional teams

Bonus Skills And Abilities

Previous copywriting experience

Experience creating reports in Looker

Familiarity with web development and design principles is a plus

Relevant certifications in digital market ng, such as Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, or others

Working Conditions

Regular hours, with occasional overtime and flexibility required to meet project deadlines

May require sitting or standing for extended periods

Occasional travel may be required for company events or meetings
