We are looking for a Marketing Specialist, who will develop and execute localized marketing strategies to drive growth in Nigeria. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and leverage multiple marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and execute localized marketing, and CRM campaigns tailored to the Nigerian market. Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging. Drive user acquisition through digital campaigns, social media, and partnerships. Manage content marketing efforts, including blog posts, newsletters, and community engagement. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for better ROI. Identify and engage with key influencers, crypto communities, and strategic partners to boost brand presence. Organize and execute events, webinars, and promotional campaigns. Work with operations and compliance Lead to ensure all marketing materials comply with Nigerian regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategic communications, public relations, or brand management, preferably within the crypto, technology, or financial sectors. Proven expertise in performance marketing, including campaign management and optimization across SEM, paid social, and display advertising (agency or client-side). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives. Experience working with both traditional and digital media, including social platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
