What Youāll Be Doing Business Development
Develop and execute an outbound outreach strategy targeting companies interested in hiring remote workers in Latin America. Research and identify qualified prospects through LinkedIn, job boards, industry directories, and other channels. Craft compelling, personalized outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) that generate real conversations. Book discovery calls and qualify meetings for the CEO with prospects who are a strong fit for our Nearshore Staff Augmentation service. Track outreach activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics in CRM with discipline and consistency. Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and sequencing to improve meeting booked rates.
Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and strong ongoing relationships. Proactively schedule regular check-ins to stay close to customer needs, team changes, and business priorities. Identify and flag expansion opportunities (new roles, new teams, additional headcount) and surface them to the CEO. Manage renewal conversations to ensure customers continue and grow with Launchpad. Act as a customer advocate internally, relaying feedback and flagging any risks to retention early.
What You Need to Succeed
1-3 years of experience in a sales, BDR, SDR, or account management role (B2B preferred). A natural communicator who can write a great cold email and hold a warm, genuine conversation. Self-directed and organized, you don't need to be micromanaged to hit your targets. Curious about the remote work and staffing space, and genuinely excited about Latin America's talent landscape. Comfortable with outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar). Fluent in English and Spanish.
