We're looking for a Senior Brand & Digital Designer who cares about craft and likes getting hands-on. This is a creative role at the heart of our brand. You'll be the go-to person for everything from shaping and evolving our new brand identity to running full campaigns from start to finish. You'll work across static, motion, content, events, merch, and packaging. Think of it as a creative director mindset with a designer's hands. It's a senior IC role for someone who sets the bar with their own work and lifts everyone else's by example. We want work that feels premium: considered typography, restrained motion, and taste in the details.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and evolve KAST's brand identity, keeping it consistent and unmistakably ours across every touchpoint
  • Lead campaigns from concept through to execution, covering ideation, art direction, and final delivery
  • Design for a wide range of touchpoints, including our website, socials, events, digital content, campaigns, merchandise, cards and packaging
  • Be the in-house brand ambassador, ensuring every touchpoint stays true to our identity and mission.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to create design that looks great and builds trust in a fintech context
  • Templatise processes and brand guidelines so the wider design team can pick them up and produce consistent, on-brand work
  • Push creative standards and raise the quality bar across the whole company

What You'll Bring

  • 5-8+ years of experience, most of it at advertising or design agencies. You've made things for real, working for demanding clients and know what great looks like
  • Some in-house experience is a plus, especially within tech or financial services
  • A strong portfolio showing brand identity work, campaign creative, and multi-format execution
  • A real curiosity about fintech, crypto, and where design and technology meet
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment. You don't wait to be told what to do
  • An understanding of product and how UX/product design fits alongside brand. You don't design in a silo
  • AI-native in how you work. You lean on AI tools, especially Claude, to expand your skills, learn fast, and move quicker on ideation, production, and problem-solving
  • Fluency across Figma, Adobe Creative Suite,

Bonus Points

  • Direct experience in fintech, crypto, or a regulated industry
  • Experience with car/livery design or large-format brand applications
  • Background in brand strategy or creative direction alongside hands-on design
  • Hands-on skills across motion design, video editing, and content creation, not just static work
