Binance's Brand PR & KOL team is looking for a regional KOL specialist focused on public opinion management and brand narrative â not user acquisition. You will build and maintain a regional KOL network that can rapidly mobilize when sentiment shifts, clarify misinformation, and consistently shape how Binance is perceived in your market.This role sits on the PR side of KOL operations. Conversion and affiliate KOLs are managed separately; your focus is influence, content quality, and community trust.
Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and assess KOLs across your region using three core criteria: content quality, community influence, and output frequency
- Build and continuously update a structured regional KOL database with detailed profile evaluations
- Develop regional KOL strategy documents and market analyses; present findings and recommendations to the team
- Monitor social media discourse in your region; identify emerging narratives, risks, and sentiment shifts in real time
- When directed, rapidly coordinate KOL responses during PR events, rumor cycles, or crisis situations
- Adapt global brand narratives and storytelling frameworks to resonate in your local market
- Coordinate with the affiliate/referral team to avoid duplicate outreach and enrich shared KOL data
Requirements:
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, KOL management, PR, or community operations â crypto/Web3 or fintech experience strongly preferred
- Advanced English and native in at least one regional language (French/ Spanish/ Portuguese / Italian)
- Solid understanding of the regional crypto social media landscape: key voices, relevant platforms, and how discourse flows
- Strong editorial judgment â able to evaluate KOLs on content depth and community trust, not just follower count
- Comfortable in a research-and-strategy phase; able to build structured databases and produce clear written assessments
- Self-directed, organized, and able to work across time zones in a fast-moving environment
