We specialize in Staff Augmentation and product development, helping companies scale with agility while empowering professionals to grow in meaningful, remote-first environments.We are looking for a Marketing-Focused Web Engineer to lead the migration of our Google Tag Manager implementation from client-side to server-side, improving performance and marketing attribution accuracy.This role will primarily focus on marketing technology, tracking architecture, and website modernization efforts. Depending on business priorities, the engineer may also contribute to the rebuild of our website using Next.js and a headless CMS.

What You’ll Be Doing
Contribute to the migration from client-side GTM to server-side GTM Collaborate with DevOps to support AWS-based hosting setup Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity across GA4 and Google Ads Validate attribution flows and lead tracking for marketing optimization Integrate marketing tools such as phone tracking and communication platforms Configure and validate GA4 events and conversions Ensure end-to-end data accuracy between GTM and analytics platforms Monitor and optimize tracking performance
Potential Responsibilities (If Project Scope Expands)
Contribute to rebuilding the website from Drupal to Next.js Work with a headless CMS such as Strapi Collaborate within a monorepo architecture Support Infrastructure as Code workflows (e.g., Terraform) Assist with modern frontend performance optimization
What You Need to Succeed Must-haves
3+ years of experience in Web Engineering Strong experience with Next.js and TypeScript Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (preferably server-side implementation) Experience working with a headless CMS (e.g., Strapi, Contentful, Sanity, etc.) Solid understanding of GA4 and marketing conversion tracking Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps and marketing teams Advanced+ English level and strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
Experience with Drupal / PHP (for migration context) Familiarity with AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS) Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools Exposure to marketing optimization or growth engineering initiatives Experience working in monorepo environments
