About Guardis

Guardis is a Solana-based DeFi trading intelligence platform. We provide on-chain analytics, smart money flow detection, fraud prevention, and enterprise-grade APIs to traders and platforms who need an edge. We're building the data layer that serious Solana traders and institutions rely on.

We're launching an LLM-powered trading bot that uses our proprietary data to outperform every other AI trading tool in the market. This bot will serve as both a product and a live proof-of-concept for our data quality, feeding into B2C acquisition and B2B enterprise sales.

The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute our go-to-market strategy. You'll work across influencer partnerships, content, community, and demand generation to drive adoption of our trading bot and build Guardis's reputation as the benchmark for AI-powered trading intelligence.

This is a building role. You'll have autonomy, ownership, and direct impact on a product launch designed to set the standard for AI trading tools.

Responsibilities

Influencer & KOL Partnerships

  • Own the end-to-end influencer pipeline: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking
  • Build and manage relationships with Crypto Twitter KOLs, YouTube traders, and Telegram/Discord community leaders
  • Execute campaign concepts like live trading competitions and challenge formats
  • Track attribution and ROI per influencer; iterate on partnership terms based on data
Content & Brand

  • Create high-performing content across Twitter/X, Telegram, and long-form channels
  • Translate complex trading data and bot performance into compelling narratives
  • Produce weekly performance reports, case studies, and comparison content
  • Develop the Guardis voice: authoritative, data-driven, and unapologetically confident
Community & Demand Generation

  • Build and manage the Guardis Telegram and Discord communities
  • Drive waitlist signups, bot activations, and enterprise lead capture
  • Create and execute referral programs, competitions, and community incentives
  • Nurture B2B leads through content sequences and warm outreach
General

  • Execute against weekly and monthly growth targets
  • Report on KPIs: CAC, activation rates, influencer ROI, community growth, lead quality
  • Stay current on Solana ecosystem trends, competitor activity, and crypto marketing best practices
Requirements

Must have:

  • 2+ years in growth, content, or influencer marketing (crypto/Web3 experience strongly preferred)
  • Deep familiarity with Crypto Twitter, Telegram, and Discord culture
  • Proven track record of campaigns that moved metrics
  • Strong written communication: you can write a banger tweet and a sharp case study
  • Self-starter mentality: you don't wait for instructions, you ship and iterate
  • Comfortable working async in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
Nice to have:

  • Experience with Solana specifically (trading, DeFi, memecoins)
  • Existing relationships with crypto KOLs or community leaders
  • Background in trading, finance, or data products
  • Experience marketing to both retail and enterprise audiences
