Dtravel (https://www.dtravel.com/) is a community-owned and governed platform for the home-sharing economy. Think of it as Airbnb with lower fees, built to benefit hosts and guests instead of a corporation that prioritizes shareholder interests above those of its community.
Dtravel is a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), which means that decisions to guide the network are controlled by community members. Members are people who hold the TRVL token. All revenue from Dtravel bookings is funneled back into the Community Treasury and Protection Fund, which exist for the benefit of hosts and guests.
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer for Dtravel.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop test automation infrastructure and framework
• Develop & execute automated tests, integrate into the CI/CD pipeline
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create test plans and test cases, execute test cases, tracking bugs, and prepare test summary reports
• Collaborate with a team of developers to find testing solutions throughout the entire software development life cycle
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• At least 8 years experience in testing on web-based and mobile application systems
• Good knowledge of Manual, Regression, Performance Testing and Security Test
• At least 2 years of automation testing experience in WEB UI or API testing or Mobile testing
•Hands-on experience in automating scripts using Selenium/ Cypress/ Ranorex/ RobotFramework
• Experience writing clear and concise bug reports, test plans, test cases
• Experience of the software life cycle is a plus
• Availability of problem-solving and troubleshooting is a plus
• Agile software development
• Good English skills, especially in reading
• Must have a proactive and can-do attitude
• Self-starters with a collaborative, “can-do” attitude
• Outgoing personality, organizing and motivating team
• Result-oriented
• Passionate learners who aren’t afraid of new tools and technologies to build a great end-to-end customer experience.
Nice-to-have skills
• Experience with Booking Engine Platform/ E-Commerce, CMS/CRM systems
• Experience in automation test for web3
• Technical understanding or experience with Blockchain and distributed systems
• Experienced in Digital Payment system
• Prior experience working in a start-up
