In this role, you will be the technical representative for our Blockchain development and we expect you to architect enterprise Blockchain solutions for our organizations.

You will be responsible to lead and manage core Blockchain components that will be part of our current and future Blockchain solutions and guide team. This requires you to keep updated on the latest Blockchain technology developments and collaborate with our worldwide Blockchain team to propose technical solutions to foster our Blockchain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a good understanding of Blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms.
• Understanding of using cryptography material such as certificates for identity management in order to authenticate members, transactions, etc.
• Ability to architect and design integration architecture for integrating applications with Blockchain and, also, participant organizations and their member nodes to Blockchain network.
• Create security architecture for managing the security of Blockchain and related applications
• Create best practices/guidelines for blockchain team
• Create performance metrics for measuring Blockchain performance
• Review code best practices and guide team for implementations
• Create risk /failure analysis and prepare a risk mitigation plan
• Remain updated with emerging trends in Blockchain
• Work with the management team and lead efforts to research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies to enable platform features
• Determine best practices to utilize in order to realize the company vision.
• Train and advise technical employees on Blockchain tools and frameworks, Blockchain principles, and so forth.
• Build performance indicators to assess the performance of the Blockchain.
• Preparation of a risk and failure analysis and risk prevention plan.
• Document new solutions as well as maintain existing documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
• Total 6-8 years of experience with minimum 4+ years of experience as blockchain architect/ Technical architect/ Solutions Architect
• Experience working with ETH, polygon, and Solana.
• Experience with database architecture and design to create storage solutions for managing distributed ledger and related data/state in files/database systems.
• A solid understanding of Blockchain foundations, consensus algorithms, and smart contracts
• Strong command over cryptography.
• Skilled in programming languages, like NodeJS, ReactJS, JSON/API management, database management and NextJS
• Experience in application architecture and API-based integration.
• Experience in using cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of Digital Assets, Smart Contract Oracles, Multi Chain interoperability, private/public blockchains, and sustainability
• Strong communication skills, and experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail.
