About the role
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer!
In this role, you will be initially reporting to the HR Business Partner Lead. This is an exciting time to join WorkDAO as an early contributor to our Talent Acquisition Team! The Talent Sourcer will focus on developing and leveraging a diverse talent pipeline across our business. You will have the chance to work across different business areas like Internal Ops, Engineering, Sales, Product Design, and Service Delivery to build and implement hiring plans that align with people strategy.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience sourcing both active and passive talent on a global scale, a passion for driving business program impact through operational excellence and rigor, experience navigating complex global requirements and regulatory constraints, and a collaborative and positive attitude.
Own the sourcing life cycle process by sourcing, screening, and ultimately recruiting the best talent
Develop, establish, and execute sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline across a variety of geographies and roles
Partner with our HRBP Lead and hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of the technical requirements of open positions
Acts as advisor to our hiring stakeholders to provide feedback on the candidate market
Engage with passive candidates across a variety of platforms, such as LinkedIn, Google Search, and web3 & diversity-driven candidate engagement platforms
Balance strong execution on day-to-day responsibilities with WorkCo’s long-term vision and roadmap
Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
Ensure consistent documentation of the talent pipeline, with an eye for data accuracy
Must be able to work West Hemisphere business hours
3+ years of in-house technical sourcing experience with a proven record of seeking out and engaging passive candidates, with a knack for finding qualified Web3 Engineering and Product Design talent
Expertise navigating the candidate market with data-driven intelligence
Track record of prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable sourcing plans
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability
Understanding of relevant employment laws as relates to talent searching and interviewing
Experience in driving and managing multiple projects under timelines and shifting priorities
Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
Relentless execution ethic and lots of energy
Extraordinary writing abilities, with a knack for structured thinking, concise summarization, and dynamic tone
