Job Brief Summary
The DevOps team at Prime Trust is responsible for partnering with the Engineering organization to improve developer velocity, efficiency, productivity and satisfaction. We are growing the team and looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the team. Do you have a passion for building tools and services to allow developers to be more efficient? Do you have experience with automating CI/CD pipelines and an appetite for making them reliable, efficient and secure? If so, you might be a great fit for the DevOps team!

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the Engineering organization to identify friction in shipping code
- Develop new automation or tooling to make the SDLC as efficient and reliable as possible - specifically Build, Deploy and Test
- Iterate on best practices to increase the quality and velocity of deployments
- Track and report on critical KPIs
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Experience and Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in DevOps Engineering or similar software engineering role
- 2+ years’ experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience with Python (3.x), JavaScript, Goland and/or Rust
- 2+ years’ experience with containerization, specifically Docker and Kubernetes
- 2+ years’ experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred)
- Proficient with GutHub/GitOps, Argo (workflows, events etc)
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (creating, optimization, troubleshooting, best practices)
- Experience with instrumentation, logging and alerting methods and best practices
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Be an example to others through demonstrated professionalism, discipline, humility, and collaboration
- A passion for making data driven decisions
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
