The Company

I am teaming up with a fast-growing Blockchain fintech start-up looking to scale its Sales team. This U.S Web2/Web3 Fintech is looking to rapidly grow its company and change how payments are done.

Reporting to the CRO, the Account Lead will launch with the company’s first customers and onboarding relationship management.

✅ Primary Responsibilities:

• Onboard and engage new customers to ensure their success
• Share feedback with Product and Support to continually evolve products and services
• Connect with decision makers and identify ways to enhance the customer’s business
• Develop an Account Plan for each customer to align objectives and optimize the relationship

✅ Requirements:

• At least 5-7 years in account management or strategic partnerships
• A strong sense of curiosity about people and products
• Extensive knowledge and excitement for Web3 products and people
