Web3 Accounts Payable Specialist

Role Description

Reporting to the AP Manager, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a corporate Accounts Payable function. Experience with payments for multiple subsidiary companies and with multiple currencies preferred. Netsuite experience is a strong preference but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Classify, verify, and record accounts payable data
• Ensuring payments are approved and made on a timely basis
• Manage the AP Inbox for incoming and outgoing messages
• Maintain Vendor Relationships in conjunction with AP Manager
• Assist in Vendor onboarding process
• Assist in AD HOC Projects
• Assist In Month End Close

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within AP
• Bachelor’s degree in related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cryptocurrency
• Team player mentality with a can-do attitude, ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally
• Attention to detail within a high-volume environment
• Being persistent in making sure the work is complete and precise
• Following up with approving managers to make sure the payments are made on time
