Web3 Accounts Payable Specialist

Reporting to the Accounting Director, as part of the Finance department, you will be in charge of the following

Your mission

• Accounts payable:
• Invoice/purchase order reconciliation
• Invoice registration
• Preparation of payment batches
• Lettering
• Participation in monthly and annual closings
• Analysis and monitoring of accounts


• Expense reports:
• Checking expense reports 
• Accounting and preparation of payments + lettering
• Assistance with fee declarations

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Accounts Payable
• Degree (BTS, DUT, or equivalent)
• Excellent command of Excel
• Rigorous and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate and work within a team
• Good proficiency in English and French
• Knowledge of Netsuite is a plus
