Responsibilities:
- Document Management:
- Maintain and organize all company documents.
- Ensure timely filing and retrieval of documents.
- Manage both physical and electronic document systems.
- Banking and Financial Management:
- Handle local banking communications/physical visit when required.
- Assist with financial filings and compliance.
- Communication Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Manage correspondence with banks, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Regulatory Compliance Support:
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings.
- Maintain up-to-date records of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
- Contract Management:
- Keep track of and manage company contracts and agreements.
- Ensure contracts are properly stored and organized.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Handle office management tasks, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Assist with travel arrangements when necessary.
- Provide support for special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role 3yrs++.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Offices.
- Knowledge of Crypto industry is a plus.
