As the digital transformation of commerce and payments continues, digital identity solutions are critical to establishing trust in digital transactions while reducing friction and improving the customer experience. Digital Identity for Customer Onboarding/Authentication is also a priority for many governments to drive growth, efficient public services, and financial inclusion.
This role will focus on defining and executing the product vision and strategy for Advance AI Identity services in APAC.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for our KYC, AML product architecture design
- Responsible for the integration of KYC, AMLvendors
- Responsible for the improvement of KYC, AML process including backend and frontend
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams, consolidate them into requirements, features and end products Communicate with senior management with product plans and roadmaps
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Track and push development and testing progress.
- Track and analyze key user metrics in order to form feedback loop to improve our products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a KYC, AML Product Manager or Consultant with a major consulting firm. Blockchain, Finance experience is a plus.
- Experience in global-facing products preferred.
- Ability to Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD) is a plus
- Experience in internationally renowned companies, (Knowledge of FinTech products is preferred)
- Good understanding of KYC, AML
- Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in agile framework
- Good skills in PRD.
- Data driven experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
