The Program Manager at Decent Labs passionately plans, tracks, and reports on the delivery of all projects in our portfolio. They are energetic, obsessed with details, natural leaders, and are experienced working with emerging technologies. They have experience leading a project management team, working in lockstep with engineers, and thrive supporting some of the most groundbreaking startups in the industry.

Who are you? You are a Program Manager who is passionate about collaborating to solve real-world problems using technology and agile processes. You aren’t just checking another item off the to-do list, you know where your teams' projects are at every step of the way, and you set your project management team up for success. You are a strategic thinker always looking for ways to offer creative solutions to ensure projects meet the finish line. The goal of the Program Manager position is to lead the project management team, proactively provide clarity to stakeholders around projects, plan for risks and dependencies, and ensure that leadership and stakeholders have clear visibility into project milestones and health.
