Web3 Assistant Manager, Administration (Business Travel & Employee Service)

Job responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Administration Manager and assist in managing the employee support functions and work closely with the head office;
  • Organize company events and functions such as annual dinner, Christmas parties, guest visits, department team building, etc.;
  • Solid experience in handling corporate business travel and organize company events;
  • Select, liaise and coordinate with service providers for internal business travel system;
  • Coordination between countries to provide administration support for the overseas employees;
  • Maintain good relationships with various departments
  • Deliver quality service for inbound/ outbound business travelling employees;
  • Assist the Administration Manager in preparing the department budget, formulate, review and maintain relevant policies, guidelines and procedures;
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks/ projects assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5 years office administrative experience (business travel arrangement exp. is a must), preferably with Chinese firm working exp.
  • Proactive with a can do attitude to work with different parties;
  • Attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • An outgoing, friendly and motivated team player
  • Strong supervisory, interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing
  • More experiences will be considered as Manager
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
