Web3 Associate Director, Business Operations

Day-to-day, the Associate Director of Business Operations oversees the office of the CRO and is responsible for ensuring the execution of the CRO’s agenda — a job that includes the flow of information to and from the CRO and ensuring that the CRO is always prepared and rarely surprised. This person’s primary duties include making time, information, and decision-making more effective for the CRO and senior executives. This person focuses on the organization’s top priorities, at its strategic core, and works with the CRO to implement long- term strategic changes while simultaneously driving short-term operational efficiencies and results.

In this role, you will assist the CRO in thinking through and setting policies and ensuring that they are implemented. He/she/they anticipates problems and is sensitive to issues that require diplomacy. He/she/they is a doer, with experience and comfort interacting with senior executives, and partnering with the CRO. This person is nimble, transparent, thrives in a servant leadership environment, and is comfortable with ambiguity.
