Web3 Business Operations Specialist

A fast-growing prime brokerage firm in the Crypto & Traditional asset space is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to work directly with the firms President., overseeing US operations for the business.

The ideal candidate would come from a trading firm or trading fintech with experience in managing day to day business operations and key projects/deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the firm’s president to organize, execute and get stuff done in the US (maybe some global)
• Manage high priority CPs needs
• Work with external vendors/venues to build relationships and get needed deliverables
• Manage projects or key deliverables on projects
• Work to steer product committee process on some initiatives
• Manage workstreams across operations, product, legal, compliance and business development
• Provide updates to president in a digestible format; escalate when things are stuck of help is needed

Required Experience:

• 5-10 years of related experience – coming from trading firm or fintech start-up
• Multitasker, organized, detail oriented, process driven, concise
• Clear communicator
• Ability to understand work required across teams and coordinate movement forward
• Be on top of market structure and help guide product committee
• Help manage relationships with top 10 CPs, with a focus on communication and responsiveness
• Document details, process and drive others to do the same
• Background business development/sales a plus, but not required.
• Focus on execution, delivery and driving things forward
