Web3 Business Strategy and Operations Lead

The Binance Fiat Europe Partnerships team is responsible for managing and developing payment partner relationships across the region. In this role, you will be a meaningful part of our growth responsible for providing first class operational management to our Fiat organization. You will help drive business plans, define sales processes, analyze revenue trends & critical metrics among other special projects to enhance productivity. In addition, you will drive operational improvements in the areas of reporting, process, workflow, communication, and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the business forward by developing and executing initiatives to accelerate growth and business scale.
• Partner with the Fiat team, Regional & Global BD team, Country & Regional leaders to develop and orchestrate cross-functional projects to deliver against our priorities.
• Identify potential projects through insightful analyses. Shape our product/solution promoting approach towards long-term growth with big picture thinking.
• Work collaboratively across the global organization (e.g., Sales, Support, product, Tech, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and the broader Fiat Europe team.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a go-to-market or sales operations role in technology or similar organizations.
• Several years in top tier Strategy Consulting house.
• Experience communicating across teams and problem-solving towards goals.
• Experience building relationships with and influencing executive stakeholders in large organizations, in FI and/or Tech organizations.
• Have strong communication skills and be able to interact with external partners and internal teams.
• Be a team player capable of coordinating resources across Binance’s very flat organization.
• Strong bias towards action and acts with a sense of urgency to get things done.
• Be proactive, curious to learn, and eager to crack complex topics.
• Have strong self-awareness, be open to different approaches/ideas, flexible.
• Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing and able to drive progress of existing projects as well as planning the delivery of new activities.
• Have an interest in learning about Web3 and crypto and its interaction with the traditional finance players.
