Web3 Capital Markets Associate

Capital Markets Associate | Blockchain Finance Innovation | New York | up to $150,000 base + commission

We are currently seeking a Capital Market Associate for one of the top On-chain Marketplaces, they are dedicated solely to providing Institutional and Individual Accredited Investors with premium lending opportunities tailored to meet their liquidity, risk, and return preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Capital Markets team and help the ecosystem to strive while meeting targets around new customer acquisition /retention.
• Create subject presentations, proposals, and financial models and other materials for new initiatives/business opportunities
• Become a subject matter expert in order to manage relationships with clients
• Prospect for new relationships (traditional and crypto-native institutions)

Skills:

• 1-3 years in private equity, capital markets, hedge funds, investment banking or similar roles
• Understanding of financial analysis, credit, business and sales
• Passion for digital assets and fintech
• Results-driven, track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• Excellent communication skills
