Location: United States (remote work)

Salary: $250k+ per annum, plus equity/tokens

Our client, a cutting-edge start-up in the blockchain industry, is seeking a talented and experienced CEO to join their team.

As CEO, you will be responsible for leading the company's growth and development, including fund sourcing, team building, and strategic planning.

The company is focused on revolutionizing the way people give back to society through their unique ecosystem. With a mission to leverage blockchain technology and community influence to create positive social impact, they are building a decentralized finance platform that allows people to raise money for charity while simultaneously improving their financial position.

As the CEO, you will play a key role in driving this mission forward. You will be responsible for building a world-class management team and partnering with recognized fundraising platforms, charities, and celebrity foundations. You will also work closely with the team to ensure that the company's proprietary funding models and staking platforms continue to lead the industry.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a leadership position, preferably in the blockchain and crypto industry, fundraising, or finance.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, investors, and team members.
• Ability to build and manage high-performing teams with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the blockchain and crypto industry, including DeFi, NFTs, and fundraising.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment with a hands-on approach.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in fundraising and financial management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred

This is a highly compensated position, with a salary plus equity/tokens. The company is open to candidates working remotely from anywhere in the United States, although ideally, they would prefer someone based in the US.
