Serve as a primary operational point of contact for institutional clients using the Atlas Collateral Management service, handling inquiries, reporting requests, and operational communications effectively.
Collaborate with the Sales and Client Experience teams to onboard new clients, explain operational workflows, and act as a subject matter expert on the product's capabilities.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to provide operational insights, feedback on system performance, define requirements for new features/enhancements (informed by the PRD), and assist in testing.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures, controls, and runbooks to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure scalability.
