**About The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our startup as a Co-Founder with a specialized focus on tokenomics and NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens). In addition, we value a passion for fine arts and/or events management, as these fields intersect with our business model. As a Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's strategy, business development, and product offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the rapidly evolving blockchain and digital art industry.

**Responsibilities**

Tokenomics Strategy

Develop and implement tokenomics strategies that align with our business goals and drive value for our community.

Analyze and evaluate existing tokenomics models, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the tokenomics space.

NFT Development and Management

Lead the development and management of our NFT ecosystem, including the creation, curation, and distribution of NFTs.

Collaborate with artists, creators, and collectors to source and showcase high-quality NFT content.

Stay informed about emerging NFT standards, marketplaces, and best practices to ensure our platform remains innovative and competitive.

Business Development and Partnerships

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with artists, galleries, event organizers, and other stakeholders in the fine arts and events industry.

Negotiate and manage partnerships to drive revenue, expand our user base, and enhance our platform's offerings.

Cultivate relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in the tokenomics and NFT space to amplify our brand and increase industry recognition.

Product Development and Management

Collaborate with the development team to define and prioritize features and functionalities of our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Gather feedback from users, artists, and collectors to inform product improvements and iterate on existing features.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

Marketing and Community Engagement

Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies to promote our platform, NFTs, and artist collaborations.

Engage with our community, including artists, collectors, and enthusiasts, through social media channels, forums, and events.

Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to establish thought leadership and generate brand awareness.

**About You**

Previous experience as a co-founder, senior executive, or in a leadership role within a blockchain, fintech, or digital art organization.

Strong expertise in tokenomics, NFT, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.

Knowledge and interest in fine arts or events management, with a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics and trends.

Proven track record of successful business development, partnerships, community building and revenue generation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with artists, partners, and the community.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and market conditions.

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, computer science) is preferred.
