The Problem

The current state of cryptocurrency ownership poses a significant risk to individuals who desire to transfer their assets to their loved ones in the event of their death, without the need to share their password or private key beforehand. And relying on corporations, individuals, or legal documents to hold their private keys exposes them to the potential risks of key exposure, misuse, or theft.

The decentralized nature of blockchain technology compounds this issue by lacking support and solutions for unexpected circumstances like the death of a wallet owner, which often leads to the permanent loss of their funds. To tackle this challenge, Telurbin aims to redefine digital estate management by providing a seamless solution that empowers owners to maintain control and protect their digital assets. Our platform offers a comprehensive approach by enabling asset management through predefined programmable instructions.

Role Overview

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Telurbin, you will be responsible for leading and driving the overall strategic direction and vision of the company. We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader with a deep understanding of the blockchain industry, digital asset management, and entrepreneurial mindset. You will work closely with the co-founders, key stakeholders, and the team to execute our mission, build partnerships, and position Telurbin as a leader in the crypto wallet space.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company's strategic goals and objectives, aligning them with the mission and vision of Telurbin.
• Lead the development and implementation of the business plan, ensuring its alignment with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee the financial management of the company, including budgeting, fundraising, and financial reporting.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities and guide decision-making.
• Represent Telurbin at industry conferences, events, and media engagements to enhance the company's brand and thought leadership.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to drive product development, marketing strategies, and customer acquisition efforts.
• Continuously evaluate and mitigate risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful leadership experience, preferably as a CEO or in a senior executive role within the blockchain or fintech industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate complex market dynamics and drive sustainable growth.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation and disrupting traditional paradigms.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, even in high-pressure situations.
• Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and financial management.
• Strong network and connections within the blockchain and fintech industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
