Ramp is hiring a Web3 Compliance & Partner Due Diligence Manager
Compensation: $90k - $110k estimated

🙌🏼 What you will be doing
We’re looking for a Compliance & Partner Due Diligence Manager to help support the Head of Compliance Ireland. This is a hands-on-role which will work closely with the global compliance officers and departments outside of Compliance across multiple time zones.
🧩What you will be working on
- Support the Head of Compliance Ireland in the implementation and management of compliance programmes such as ML and TF, MiCA implementation and EU Travel Rule implementation.
- Help support the Partner Due Diligence Team in the onboarding, re-review and risk assessment of partners, including web3 and crypto businesses.
- Act as an SME and point of escalation for the sales, account management and partner due diligence teams.
- Coordinate the timely investigation and decisioning of STRs with the local FIU (An Garda Síochána and Revenue).
- Manage regulatory and strategic compliance projects under supervision of the Head of Compliance Ireland.
- Support training of employees on AML/CFT regulation and legislation.
- Provide compliance related management information (“MI”) and reporting to the Head of Compliance Ireland to ensure their awareness of the status of the AML and CTF compliance programmes.
- Work closely with, and support, key stakeholders in both the local entity and Group entities including Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Compliance Operations, Support and Product teams driving a culture of compliance and AML/CFT prevention.
- Supervise staff assigned to you, including the coaching and mentoring of team members, performance management.
- Undertake other duties as delegated by the Head of Compliance Ireland.
⚙️Our toolkit:

🤟🏻What you will bring:
- Experience onboarding, reviewing and risk assessing partners, merchants or business customers (in the crypto space is an added bonus).
- Experience in the second line of defence (2LOD) Compliance team at a licensed financial institution, or in a consultancy or regulator preferable.
- Knowledge of Irish regulation and requirements including the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010 (as amended) as they relate to a registered Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) business.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolution.
- Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; any additional language abilities are a plus (we operate globally!).
- Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity about fintech and crypto.
- Flexible and able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Willing and able to travel internationally.
