We are headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, and independently own and operate five data centers in Georgia for a total developed capacity of 230 MW. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent specializing in data center projects to oversee the construction process of our state-of-the-art bitcoin mining facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, possess exceptional leadership abilities, and demonstrate expertise in ensuring the successful completion of complex data center construction ventures. 

Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise the entire construction process, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgetary guidelines, and quality standards. 
    • Manage and supervise facility maintenance 
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth workflow and project progression. 
    • Oversee on-site construction activities, conduct regular inspections, and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. 
    • Provide effective leadership and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project. 
    • Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient project delivery. 
    • Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements and industry standards. 
    • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide progress updates, address concerns, and resolve any construction-related issues. 
    • Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and ensure the delivery of a superior final product. 
    • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, change orders, and project records. 
    • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (preferred). 
    • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent  
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety protocols specific to data center facilities.
