Job Summary

Provides strategic leadership and vision for the Sales Development function, aligning long-term strategies with company objectives. Oversees the Sales Development department and responsible for delivering top of funnel pipeline which meets the company's ARR targets. Analyzing complex data to inform decisions and developing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's global footprint will be critical to success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

Executive Leadership and Vision

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the sales development function.

• Influence senior management and drive organizational change to support sales development goals.

Long-Term Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement long-term sales development strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Forecast future sales development needs and plan accordingly.

High-Level Data Analytics

• Analyze complex sales data to inform strategic decisions and drive performance improvements.

• Set and monitor high-level KPIs to track progress toward strategic goals.

Global Market Strategy

• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's global footprint.

• Stay informed about global market trends and dynamics to inform sales strategies.

Executive Communication • Communicate effectively with C-level executives and stakeholders.

• Represent the sales development function at executive meetings and external events.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

• University Degree

• Extensive experience in leading larger SDR teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and utilizing data to drive performance improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

• Expertise in developing long-term sales development strategies.
