About the position

As Content Specialist, LATAM you will be a key player in the marketing team. You will create content primarily in Brazilian Portuguese to enhance the organic channel, both on the web and on social media, by finding new ways to engage potential customers with original and high-quality content and persuasive messaging.

The success of our small department relies on close collaboration with the entire team, in addition to working and providing support to other departments like Sales and Customer Success, establishing a content foundation to attract new audiences.

The position is based in the Madrid office, we have hybrid work pattern and excellent flexible working practices. Applicants must hold valid Right to Work in Spain to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Write impactful marketing content to promote our brand, solutions and services that can be optimized and tailored across multiple media channels, generating successful business outcomes for Redtrust and our partners.
  • Develop content for blogs, whitepapers, social media, websites, info-graphics, video, emails and articles that can be shared and re-purposed by country marketing and sales teams.
  • Conduct research on industry related topics that can provide original and thought leadership material.
  • Build relationships with our commercial and marketing teams to produce content that meets the needs of internal stakeholders and engages our external audience with relevant communication.
  • Look for opportunities to tailor content from our market leading vendors that can be re-purposed to promote the latest technology solutions and position Redtrust as the go-to-value added distributor of choice in the Brazilian market.
  • Engage industry experts and/or media that can shape and promote our content.
  • Provide new content ideas according to the initial content plan and objectives of the company.
  • Ensure measurement and reporting is in place to underscore the value of the content.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience for online and offline in the B2B area.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of technology with the ability to communicate complex topics in a simple and impactful way.
  • Ability to develop content from a project brief and maintain tone and voice in the messaging.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems: CMS Wordpress.
  • Knowledge of SEO to create digital content that gets found and provides results.
  • Excellent communication - both verbal and written - and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly analytical, collaborative big picture thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive, passionate, driven, and ready to take on any challenge.
  • Demonstrable technology content.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, verbal and written.
  • High level of Spanish and English.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
