🙋What makes you a good fit?

• At least 2+ years experience in content writing
• Understanding the nuances of Web3 is a must so that you can deliver content that resonates with Web3 crowd as well is a bonus but not a must in any sense.
• Great written and spoken English skills, impeccable grammar with 3-5 years experience in assisted content work or journalism.
• Strong narrative skills.
• Curiosity and Perseverance amidst ambiguity. Sometimes our topics will force you to go down a rabbit hole. An embracing attitude towards the same is a huge plus.
• The ability to have a pulse on the evolving DAO community to come up with story ideas that will interest them
• Eye for good visuals and a prior experience in social media is good to have.
• Strong interpersonal skill is a good plus.
• It is a huge plus if you have managed, built and distributed your own content over a channel/medium of choice.
• Exposure to high stake scenarios like fundraising, event moderations and crisis response as a core team member is also a great plus.
