Our asset management business is Switzerland’s first regulated asset manager for crypto assets authorised by FINMA under FinIA. In addition to our two Liechtenstein based funds, we manage the first FINMA-regulated crypto fund, which is based on the Crypto Market Index 10, and consists of the 10 largest crypto assets by market cap. We are looking to build on this pioneering work by adding new crypto investment products, and aim to expand our leadership in this space.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage product initiatives and product launches from development through launch across product types such as investment funds, AMCs, or ETPs
• Effectively liaise with internal, external stakeholders and partners, e.g. Crypto Finance Group, Deutsche Börse Group and others, to develop and launch investment products
• Establish and manage relationships with service providers and partners ensuring product quality and quick time to market
• Liaise with regulators on behalf of Crypto Finance Asset Management
• Key involvement in investment processes, investment strategies, risk management processes and the like for our investment funds and other products

• Proven Track record and in-depth experience in senior asset management roles
• Deep understanding of operational processes in asset- and investment management
• Specific experience in launching investment products such as investment funds, AMCs and ETPs
• Proven ability to liaise with and get support from stakeholders such as group-internal partners, regulators, exchanges, administrators, etc.
• Self-driven, results-oriented and hands-on
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment where time to market is critical
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in German and English is a must
